CyberRegs Stored Notification System

You've got a registry list of applicable Federal and state requirements and now you need to know when a change occurs to the citations. Right? CyberRegs' Stored Notification System solves this time-consuming challenge.

You can feel confident that any change to a citation, even the slightest text modification, will automatically send an alert to your CyberRegs inbox. This notification prompts you and your team members to determine if the change impacts your facility or organization. Not only can you review specific textual changes by way of a color-coded presentation, you and your colleagues can share and store your determination of applicability and then document what actions were needed or taken based on the modified regulations.

The best thing about Stored Notification System is the peace of mind it provides. Stored Notification System continuously monitors the citations that are important to you, enabling you to enjoy the benefits of consistency, accuracy, and scalability, while providing a fully auditable change management system.

After you create your groups and input your Registry List, you will just have to visit your CybeRegs inbox to see if there are any notifications you need to review. Groups are individual lists of regulatory citations and can represent company sites, projects, departments, or organizations. The system is completely scalable and can include any number of Groups and citations. Think of the possibilities! The Long Beach Pier Project has several closed notifications. From the dropdown menu, you can open the Change Tracking System and view how the regulation changed. The final changes in the current version are presented to the user with a color-coded schema delineating text that has been added, deleted, and/or modified. In this case, a potentially significant change was determined to be the removal of the word "licensed".

You can view comment histories of closed or open notifications for a particular Group. This example shows notifications in a particular date range that were closed with comments for the Long Beach Pier Project. Stored Notification System provides a fully auditable system. In this example, on April 17th, the CyberRegs users that are members of the Long Beach Pier Project were informed of a change in 33 CFR 160. On April 20th, two colleagues responded with their comments and documented actions taken. A user can take several different actions for these citation-specific notifications, including viewing the archived applicability determination comments and reopening a previously closed notification based on new considerations or findings.

Stored Notification System is a perfect fit for you and the members of your group if you want a regulatory change management system that helps to

  1. Be informed continuously on final changes in regulatory citations that apply to your facility so as to properly maintain compliance.
  2. Provide a permanent auditable trail governing the review and applicability determination of final changes in regulatory citations accessible via an Internet connection.
  3. Enable a consistent peer-to-peer review, interpretation, analyses, and determination process for final regulatory changes in a highly collaborative technology environment that can be audited at any time from any web browser.
  4. Proactively manage registry change in a way that conforms with company policy and ISO 14001 requirements.
